It's sponsored by the Hershey's Chocolate and Confectionery Corporation, which operates a manufacturing plant in Oakdale, California. The festival is always held on the 3rd weekend in May. There's a lot to do, with music, entertainment, arts and crafts, a car show, tennis tournament, a fun run, and kid's activities. But the star of the show is "Chocolate Avenue".
